I think they might hae been able to use any iStock photo of two men or women kissing in their campaign, without paying a 'sensitive issues' premium, provided they put 'posed by models' or such.
"Use that depicts model in a sensitive way i.e. mental or physical health issues, substance abuse, criminal behavior, sexual activity or preference without a disclaimer."
Actually, i
I'm sure the wording was different before - I'm sure it also said that sensitive use had to be strongly the theme of the photo, but I'm not at home and haven't got a copy of the old T&C on the netbook.  So under the old T&C users wouldn't be able to buy a photo of a guy kissing a girl then clone another guy into the place of the girl, or state or imply that any people were exhibiting sexual preference or health issues etc unless that was clearly the topic of the image.

Good to see they're pursuing this.

I know that photographer from somewhere. Pretty sure I've attended a wedding she shot. The name is really familiar.
