You know HDR
great at photoshop
have the best lens possible
unlimited cash for equipment
location

It also takes a skilled person behind the lens to achieve that result. Conditioning the excel quality of those images to equipment and photo edition is a bit naïve, IMHO. And it's not just the location - it's scouting for the best time of the day/year, the right weather condition, hiking before sunrise or after sunset to be at the right place at the right time. Apart from a few exceptions, it's not about luck.
