Title: RedBubble Contact
Post by: Twist on January 21, 2009, 14:24
Has anyone had issues with RedBubble in the past where you had to contact them? I just want to know how long it usually takes them to get back to you.

I recently (yesterday) found out that someone is impersonating me on that site, using about 15 or so of my photos that they ripped from other art websites (which I have since put all into storage to discourage this from happening). I emailed support, but have yet to hear back from them.

I have an account on RB.
From my experience there, they are usually pretty swift to deal with issues, specially something like this.

However, it's been a while since I had to contact them.
Best thing is to post a journal on the issue (with a strong heading) - usually gets attention and results.

I don't like RB. They are very aggressive with their mailing almost spamming and very slow at responses on the other side. They don't protect your own images with watermark. So I am very skeptic about that site.
It is very said that you need to get attention to get response. I don't like that.

Under each image are several links (send to friend, etc) and one of them is Report a Concern. I'd do that on a few of the images - I think that has pretty high priority for action. I've heard that emailing support can take a while.

Averil-

I never noticed that. I'll definitely give that a try.

Thanks everybody.
