Title: Selling Direct
Post by: massman on July 08, 2009, 10:33
Currently I shoot and licence images for microstock and sell fine art prints of local interest landscapes and seascapes. Microstock sales are okay with all things considered and my fine art prints sell okay through local galleries. I would like to increase my fine art print sales via the interweb and I'm looking for an 'all in one' solution that takes care of sales, printing and delivery. Marketing would be great also, but I guess this is something I would have to do myself, unless anyone knows differently.

Any info/experience you can share would be more than welcome.

I'm not really looking for anything like Red Bubble or ImageKind but something more along the lines of services on offer by The Image File http://www.theimagefile.co.uk/ (http://www.theimagefile.co.uk/)

Lastly, I have a few images on Flickr (I know, I know) I would greatly appreciate very honest feedback if you have the time to have a look http://www.flickr.com/photos/toastieman/ (http://www.flickr.com/photos/toastieman/)

Great artsy shots. One outlet could be DeviantArt on which you can sell prints.
