Is this funny, or offensive to you?

"Neither" is an option?

There is some truth to this and because of that it's mildly funny. But I can't understand how a company that manufactures SLRs can use this for marketing purposes, they don't seem to rate their customers very highly.
(I'll stick with my Canon :))

Videos produced that are supposed to be funny in order to become viral and promote brand awareness for Sony = Fail.

I tried to be offended, but they were too funny.   And true.

I agree that this amounts to sacrificing one product category to promote another.

I think it's kind of amusing, anyway I like the colour grading, and styling in the videos:)))nice work! Also   I don't see any reason to get offended.

Camera House posted those too on their fb page in Australia. I failed to have even a glimmer of a smile. Apparently using a tripod and changing lenses makes you a "fusspot". what morons, aren't they in the business of selling gear?

the only thing that made me smirk was the use of Canon lenses with those male morons.

I watched the lens spotting video and couldn't make out a word he was saying - was it 'wicked contrast'? So not offended or amused, and I'll stick with my Canon.

I didn't think it was a good idea for Sony to be poking fun at their buyer base but after watching the videos they're pretty funny.

I'm veering more towards funny than offensive, but they weren't really funny. The thing that made me laugh was reading this, "These are the DSLR clueless - all the gear and no idea. Remind you of someone? Share it with them, click the 'share' button." I think Sony might ruin some friendships.  :D

The links under the videos go here https://www.sony.com.au/productcategory/nex-camera

"E-mount NEX cameras deliver professional DSLR quality images in a compact form, with interchangeable lenses available to suit your shooting situations."
