So what?
What image presents? First medical care mouth-to-nose trough burka as filter?! + technically big black tap at photo is without any detail even you cant see another man at right... Or some sort of cannibalism? Or Ninja choking attack in breaking neck position? Is guy ill, wounded or junkie? As I only see here that guy is flabby and in last attempt he try to bite larynx of black ninja with dirty robber glowes.
In posterized view black tap creature looks something between cylon robot and smiling alien?
Is there so cold so masked creature trays to warm him up with hug??
Whats totoo sign tells us? diVnsk!! 2:10?_  diYnsk!! 7:10_ (start of ToDo or appointment list?)
Did guy come back home from Guantanamo prison at this date, hour, year?? or cancel with booze or junk at that date??
Anyhow why you post it that here or anywhere?

Wonderful!  Has all the tonality of a Renaissance painting.
You could easily replace the figures to a Christian motif and hang in a church.  Very universal in spirit.
