Interesting results. IS is on a down trend and SS in rising more and more. the other big agencies are say the same.

One small note for next time you edit it. The heading "Did your microstock income increase or decrease in 2010?" I think should have been 2011.

Great info, thanks. My only question is, one of the respondents makes 900,000 per year, how much does that one figure skew the average income results? It would seem to me that one figure would skew the results a lot from a relatively small pool of respondents, around 700.

If that person is removed the average is reduced by $1000. That number does look high, but I didn't remove it because it IS possible. (I removed a couple responses that were obviously bogus, like earning $10,000,000,000). The next amount down is 585,000, then quite a few people in the 200,000 range. So $900,000 does follow the curve and isn't that far out considering the number of people earning over $100,000
