Title: 500px end of year 4 cents

Well, it seems that on the last day of 2019 4 sales come through. After nothing for months. Looks like somebody kicked the accounting machine and it finally went and did a reccy.
Two were half decent but two were via Getty. These latter 4 cents apiece.
So wish we could get out of that Getty deal.

Almost had a heart attack yesterday when 16 sales emails came through from 500px. False alarm though as they were all Getty scraps at 4c - 14c! Almost a full dollar for 16 sales. I clicked on one of my images on Getty and the smallest is advertised at $50 so how can they be so low? That's a serious bulk discount! Any way to drop Getty on 500px as I'll be paying them soon?

I am always amazed how little some people know about the agencies they submit to...

500px does NOT have their own market anymore! They ONLY sell via VCG (in China) and Getty (outside China).

Actually this is not true. Yesterday, among that stream of pennies, there were a few of these 500px Entreprise sales.


Anyway, a far cry from what 500px use to be a couple of years ago.
