Have you mentioned EasyRelease, the digital release app? I can't see it in your post and it is a standard solution now.

Great article, I am actually reading Taking Stock by Rob Sylvan and this article just came at a great time.
The best part for me was converting editorials to commercials 😮
I actually purchased my xpiks license yesterday and subscribed to the shot list 😎✌🏼

Just did my first submission to 3 services after using Xpiks, cut down my submission time drastically.
