I have read that Fotolia have teamed up with Adobe stock and in order to submit to Adobe stock you have to sync your images between the two. Any opinions on how this will affect sales on Fotolia?

Look where they are now on the list to the right.
They have been noticably better ever since

I believe that Matt came in and said that it was not necessary to sync them for the images to appear at both sites but that there are advantages to doing it.

Wouldn't it make sense to just read the fotolia section here where there are pages about this?

I notice that the ninety percent of the latest downloads are coming from Adobe Stock. The email announcing the sale come from Adobe. I know...The order of the factors does not alter the product. That seems to show the power of Adobe cloud.

How do you know if a download is from Fotolia or Adobe stock?

I haven't noticed any sale increase since Adobe bought Fotolia, disappointing...

By each sale I receive an email (check your preferences in Fotolia) and I see sometimes a Fotolia logo and sometimes an Adobe logo on top.

Sorry I have to disagree with this, for me they all come with Adobe logo for a long while now.

Noticed something strange. If I do an Adobe search for anyone of my own categories. Immediately one of my own images springs up as a first or second image and on the first page.
If its genuine well thats great but if not it means the sort-order is manipulated as we know its been for a long time at FT.

just find it a bit odd.

You can't tell it for subscriptions, indeed.
But "credit" sales royalties are different between AS and FT. When I get a $3.72 sale, I guess I can tell it is from FT and not from AS, since AS pays $3.30 for the same type of sale. Same goes for $1.65 and $0.99 sales: these are most probably from AS rather than from FT.

Thanks, I never would have noticed that if you didn't explain. All mine since the 20 Sept have Adobe logo now. All before that had Fotolia logo. Same format message, just new address and logos.
