Author Topic: Adobe Stock--Thumbnail Sales Missing.  (Read 2051 times)

The last two days I have sales on Adobe Stock but the THUMB-NAILS and earnings of the photos are not showing up on the earning page.  I got an e-mail today telling me I had sales but NO thumbails with the earning.  Anyone else having this problem?  Thanks

You are likely experiencing a browser issue, Oscar. Try clearing your browser cache or use a different browser entirely.

The other possibility is that you inadvertently created an alternate account and are signed into that one instead.

Thanks Matt for your assistance. It was my browser that I cleaned out and everything is back to normal.  Again thanks again--Oscar Williams.
