Title: Alamy Cleared Payment Became Uncleared?

Today I have noticed that my cleared balance was reduced to a smaller amount, but I don't see any refunds. How can it be?

Did you check your pament for refunds waaaaaaay back? I once had a refund on Alamy for an image almost half a year after it sold.

It's always best to go to their forums directly. Many instances have been reported there, and Alamy have said it's a "technical issue".  ::)

What I don't know is how people knew their cleared sales had 'uncleared', unless they write daily notes.
Does it actually indicate the change on some stats page?

LOL, after I posted the initial message, the cleared balance appears to be normal today.  ;D

Same happened to me. Dropped by about $35. Back again today though
