Hi, i had a sale (31-10-2018) that appears in microstockr but not on the site of Alamy... is it normal?

You may need to wait for the next server update on Alamy to see it.
If you can't wait click the "Download Sales Report" link on your Alamy dashboard
then
where it says "Please enter a date range " put todays date as the end date
and select "Date of Invoice" instead of date paid and click the "Go" button and it should show sales up to and including todays date.

Hmm...sorry if this is a tad off topic, but when I do the above, it shows me a 30 or so dollars 2 weeks ago labelled 'Other income' - no photo sale next to it.
Don't suppose you have any idea what this means do you?

DACS payout (its a collection house) and if you let Alamy handle it they will make the claim on your behalf minus their 50% commision of course.

Where does Microstocker get the data? From Alamy, so what you are saying is logically impossible. Doesn't mean it's not true, but since the reports come from Alamy, how would Microstocker see this and not you? ;D

Good question, no idea how microstockr could see ... but I can say that Alamy updated the information at the end of the day while microstockr had displayed the sale in the morning, the same day ...

Since the date was the same and the cache might not have been updated when the OP went to the site, that's another possibility. My point was only that unreported on Alamy should be impossible, if some other source, is reporting the sale, because the data comes from Alamy. We had the same discussion about IS years ago, where people said they were getting different reports from software than on the site. Since the data comes from the original site? ???
I would add for anyone else with the same in the future, looking at sales data, any site, if it doesn't match some outside software report, reload the page on the source site.
Yes of course, changing to the current date is a good idea, but that should be there already... unless the page is the old version from another date, still on the computer cache. :)

I pointed Christiano in the direction of the Alamy "Download Sales Report" link ; as Alamy often do not show sales until the overnight updates (done once every 24 hours)
So a sale recorded today by Alamy may not show on the dashboard until to tomorrow after the update.
However as I mentioned there is a way to prempt this update using my answer above.
Microstockr is obviously able to access all sales data including sales that are not visible on the dashboard until the next update.

I was also wondering why Microstockr was showing sales on Alamy before I could see them on the dashboard.
Sammy's explanation is spot on, I just never before clicked on the "download sales report" button.
That information seems to be real time, while the dashboard is not.
Microstockr must be using that information and not the dashboard.
Explains everything.

True and as you pointed out sometimes the date doesn't change on Alamy. I went there today and it was still showing Oct 31st. When I did the date selection it jumped to current date. This isn't a big controversy or right or wrong. :) Just that Microstocker looks at the current data and the web browser is often still a day or two behind... update the date, everything will match.
