Do you feel the same?

Till yesterday everything was good, much more than average...
But last two days suddenly veeery slow,nothing, few dl.s only....

I've had almost nothing for a long time, but the last four days the sales have increased a lot.

I'm confused. Are we talking about sales in general, or a particular site?

Sales are about normal for me everywhere but BigStock, where they are bad for the second month in a row.

I don't care about a few bad days in a month, as long as I make more this month than I did in November last year, there is nothing to worry about. I used to keep records of my sales each day but that was a big waste of time.

We are talking about sales in general...

But I am not talking about bad or good month....

I noticed big drop in sales, in last two days simultaneously on all agencies (big 6 and others).
I have 10 times less earnings than few days before...

Well we are coming up on a holiday very soon in the USA.

My sales are better than they were last Nov... But this is the slowest month that I have had since last winter. Glad to hear that I am not alone.

That's really weird to have sales just drop to nothing suddenly like that. I haven't noticed any difference the past few days.

Nosaya is right, though. We can expect a big drop off next week from the US Thanksgiving Holiday on Thursday the 26th. Americans will be busy sleeping off all the tryptophan in our holiday turkey.

I am going for the Thanksgiving Pig. I love Ham. Turkey..I just dont care for.

SS has picked up a little for me but the rest are in the same rowboat as BS...in a iced river going nowhere.

Odd but I noticed the same thing. My sales are small but steady - but in the last 2 days, dead. Nothing moving.

For me, sales are normal everywhere (up slightly in general vs. Oct) but BigStock up 100% from last month.

Yeah it feels like a strange week - I'd say its because thanksgiving is coming up next week in the US - I noticed it on IS - huge sales days Sunday(!) and Monday, then normal Tuesday - and wed/thurs down on normal (when these are usually the big days). The other agencies seem to be about normal. Overall its an average-good week though.

Sales are way up, I'm not sure what's happening for you but look at the poll results and almost everywhere is up and by a good amount too.

Hi all,

My sales are up this week as well I've had some record days this week. I think it is just the role of the dice. I had a bad week about three back then everything was fine again.
Don't forget the Football on Thanksgiving, my favorite holiday. It is one of the few holidays in America that hasn't been commercialized like so many of the others. Eating and watching football, yea. No presents or cards just family, food and sports.

I used to love Thanksgiving when it was my Mom that did all the work!

Now that I am the Mom and have to do most of the shopping, cooking, and cleaning, I am quite nostalgic about the days I used to just eat and watch football!

Hi Lisa,

It is one of the only meals that I do most the cooking on in our house. The best part is once you get the bird done and the stuffing and stock for the gravy going there isn't much to do for the rest of the day but baste between plays : ) I get up early and knock all that out before the first game. It also gets me out of having to clean up afterwards.

Yes, it might be!

But USA sales is only 5-10 % of my earnings ( SS statistic), on other foreign agencies must be even less from USA, so....!

I'm lost - which month is that?
Anyway, I had 2 downloads at iStock yesterday, which is a very long time weekday low. :-(
My downloads are still in freefall compared to 2008, but 3 ELs this month have sugared the pill a bit.

Oh man, it's American Thanksgiving this weekend isn't it? Most Americans take a 4 or 5 day weekend don't they? When my girlfriend was still with us we would get a room in Grand Forks just across the border from Manitoba and shop like crazy. What do the Americans call it - Black Friday? In Canada the crazy shopping day is the day after Christmas (Boxing Day - is that an international holiday?) No bargains for me this year. Renovating the house.

I wondered if I was the one experienceing this pattern the past few months: Sales like crazy the first week of the month, expecting a record month, and then the rest of the month is somewhat unremarkable. I wonder if the art departments are getting an allowance on the first of each month and they have spent it by the fourth week. Just me? I have not uploaded mush this year so you would think my sales would be shrinking but I've been steady and very good months at IS and DT. Pleasantly surprised considering the economy.
