Well, there is a lot wrong with your post.

The words FREE and commission dont go well together, so its not free.

And we do not get commission, we get royalties. Commission is paid to the agency.

It's fair to say that if you aren't paying for a storefront that it's FREE of charge!
Commission is paid out from the agency to the affiliate storefront. I understand royalty payments since I submit to Microstock agencies but I wanted to mention another avenue to those interested to generate income with their imagery.

True, but the statement is about getting a FREE storefront!

Not all storefronts that can be used to showcase your designs come free of charge.

True again, The more you invest in a business strategy the more earnings potential you have. In this case, if anyone wants commission off of device cover, and apparel sales with or without using their own images and don't want to setup that business model up themselves, this might be a great option.
