Wish I could get closer than my big-screen TV. Shooting an NFL game has always been high on my list of things to do before packing it in. I guess that is considered a "dream" instead of a "goal." ::)
Go Cowboys!

I'm torn between the two. I like Cowboys...formally being from the Dallas area.....and I also like the Vikings. So I guess whoever wins I'll be happy. It'll be interesting to see which way I end up going...more than likey for the loser which ever that may be.

I've shot a couple of Seahawks games and I can tell you it is one of the greatest experiences ever! Randy Moss and I had a closeup moment that was caught on ESPN after a pathetic miss when he played for the Raiders. I was following the action downfield as Nate Burleson was running a punt return back for a TD and totally lost track of the action that was happening directly in front of me. I looked down and there was a mammoth Rams Defender on his back about 2 inches away from the front of my feet! Too fun!
I have some of those pics on my main web site under the sports category if you are interested in checking them out. Go to www.MHWildlife.com (http://www.MHWildlife.com) then click the link for weddings/portraits. The sports category is on the right.
How bout them Vikings! I'm pulling for Favre to go the whole way this year. I think it will be Vikes/Colts in the Superbowl.

The season is over for me. I like the old man but my fallback position would be the Saints.

I ended up rooting for the Vikings...Hard choice but that was the way I ended up going.

Hi All,
I have never shot football but would love to. I bet it is tough to get the really great shots as most sports are unless you have done it for a while, all about anticipation I would imagine. Also if you have played the game you can probably shoot it better than those that haven't.
I'm with you on the Saints. It is a tough pick though, it is amazing how the Vikings have risen as an entire team. Today showed it is not just Brett but their defense was amazing. Fun football. Back to the San Diego game.
Cheers,
Jonathan
