I'm getting a strange message:
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 421 Too many connections (8) from this IP
I even restarted my computer and I'm having no problems with other sites.
Thanks,
Bob

And now the problem has disappeared . . . . .

Their ftp stopped working for me two days ago... hopefully it's just a weekend bug.
-
I just checked again and now it's not working for me again . . . weird.

Not working for me

FTP stopped working and sales stopped 2 days ago

I just uploaded using the web uploaded and worked just fine - 17 images
-
Tried web uploader for 10 images. Crapped out after a couple of minutes
My guess... Alex is on holiday and whoever was left in charge is asleep at the switch
-
Not so far.

I uploaded via FTP but it won't process the files.

me too >:(

As covered in the other thread, 123 apparently didn't test their app across platforms. It does not work with Chrome. It works on IE and Firefox. With IE, I can also confirm that you don't get the captcha unless you log out.

For me it also doesn’t work. Today, after long, long time (years) I uploaded new files to 123RF using FTP, it was uploaded OK, but I realized that there is no way how to process them so they will appear on 123RF. Or is there?!
On My Upload History page when I click:
FTP Upload: If you have uploaded photos via FTP, click here to process uploaded files.
It leads to 404 not found page. :-\
http://submit.123rf.com/ftpresults.php (http://submit.123rf.com/ftpresults.php)
When I login to FTP I see all 383 files I uploaded today there.
But is there some way how to process them (copy my files from FTP to "unfinished line" on 123RF website)?

Yes, there is, but off the top of my head I can't remember how I did it. Check the 123RF threads here for a post from someone from the agency explaining it, then try it a bunch of times and if you are lucky like I was you will find the right combination of steps to get them processed. I think I had to do the captcha at least twice in the process. Also what browser you are using might be a problem.

Thank you for suggestion pancaketom.
I finally contacted 123rf directly and they told me that they upgraded their uploading system recently to serve contributors better.
They also processed my images from ftp so now I see them in their agency and that is what I wanted.

Two other threads about this over on the 123 forum a bit further down the forum home page.

And we all have seen how better it is!
