I need you opinion, what is better, if you have your portfolio with mostly lifestyle photos and now I want to have also e.g. food photography on stock, is it better to make a new account with just this theme, or mix with existing portfolio?

Mix it with your existing portfolio, there's no benefit in creating a new one for each style (if that's even allowed at all).
Some agencies have the option of creating collections or sets to keep things structured.

Most agencies you are not allowed to create more than one account.
