I can't request a payout and it's making me nervous.
The email to confirm the payment isn't being sent, despite numerous attempt over the past few days, so a payment request can't be completed. I've contacted support but not had a response.
Anyone else have an issue or is it just me?

Same here. This happened in the early 2020 too.

I got my payment last month, and I haven't reached the minimum amount yet this month. I hope it's just a temporary issue.

I got my payment, I just must contact help service because no confirmatory email is sending to me. But was fixed right away.Very fast and great service.

My problem is also that I can't get the email. I've contacted them twice - first time I was told they were looking into it, and the second time hasn't yet had a response. I have several hundred dollars that I can't get out.

I just got a payment from Depositephotos yesterday. Made the payment request on March 13th and got the mail on the same day, so everything seems to work fine. If you're not getting the e-mail to confirm the request, that sounds more like a technical error.
That's probably the obvious thing you checked first, but just to make absolutely sure - did you check your mail account's spam folder?

I can't make the request, @Firn - the email doesn't arrive, (not in spam either), so I can't verify the payment. I've been with deposit for many years, and never had an issue in the past.
They told me today that the problem was fixed, but it still doesn't work, so they are looking into it further. I'm not the only person with this problem, as an acquaintance of mine also confirmed that it wasn't working for him either.

Thanks for letting me know - that's reassuring.
I thought it was just a glitch but, when someone else told me they had the same problem, I was a little worried. I'll see if deposit come back with any solution today.

Depositphotos have managed to resolve the fault for me this morning, so all is good now.

why? why such catastrophic thinking? 2 people didnt get the payment confirmation email so the agency must be in financial trouble. if anything if more people would have the issue i would feel more reassured that its not just me and that it has to be a bug,
if they were on the brink of bankruptcy there would have been a lot more noise for a much longer time

Thanks for your input, but it wouldn't be the first time that the first sign of an agency in trouble is contributors struggling to obtain commissions owed.
As many businesses are being hit financially due to a worldwide pandemic, it isn't unreasonable to to be a little anxious, particularly as I was not getting a reasonable or timely response from the site concerned, and other contributors were noting the same issue.

Because two months ago they cut our royalties with financial hardness explanation and now this... And BTW I'm sure the people who had problem with their payments are hundreds if not more.
