One of the agencies sent me the mail and asked me to sell logo to the client under the image buyout terms.  This is my best selling illustration on all the stock sites. I have to remove all similar images.
I need a help from you. What do you think, how much can I ask for?
Thank you in advanced for every answer!

Take how much you earn from it in a year, times it by two, and that's how much you should ask for it at an absolute minimum. Although that would be a 'short of money and could do with the cash' situation.

If money isn't an issue right now, then either don't sell it, or ask for five to ten times what you're currently making a year.

It was 2014, I was contacted with an agency for buyout license for a particular design to be used as a logo. It started with $5000 and after much negotiation the deal was finalized with $3200
And did I mention, there was lot of legal paperwork between us.

Remember also to factor in the earnings power of any sister / similar files you have to delete (if that's an issue).

Dreamstime is currently sending out mass emails trying to get everyone who has images/ illustrations that could conceivably be used for logos to enable their (problematic to say the least) exclusive buyout licenses, if it's them I wouldn't worry too much about it. I always refuse to sell as it's just asking for trouble down the road when the buyer realises they have been misled and their "exclusive" use is anything but.

I once sold the rights to my best selling illustration for the amount of my projected earnings for the next 7 years (a high four figure number) - the file has already been online for about 5 years and sold up to 10 times a day at SS (not much on the other agencies). Since the client accepted without hesitation I think I could have even asked for more.

Also sold exclusive rights for 2 years for a photo (and a sister image) for about 4 times of my previous earnings
