I began to contributing to Photocase. Their royalties look good- between 40 and 60 percent for contributors. How are the sales there.  Please share your experience?

One of the most frustrating things with this site is knowing /figuring out what kind of images they are looking for.
They are not your typocal stock site when it comes to subjects - the best way to describe what they want is "something off the beaten path" take a look through their database and you will see what i mean

Besides that their sales are painfully few and far between
I have only a handful of images there, i havent bothered to upload in awhile because of the things mentioned above.

I'd never heard of it, so I just took a look.
Looked at several images in my own interest areas.
All the ones I looked at had numerical titles, and clicking on a category showed all the thumbs with the same generic keywords (nature plant animal environment landscape bird) and no specific ones, so that because of the 'quirky' nature of many of the images, I wasn't even sure what I was looking at.
To see the metadata, meaning the actual keywords which would tell me what the tog thought I was looking at (some doubtful, as anywhere), I have to be signed in. Never a good policy to require someone to sign in to get basic info about a site. I need to be convinced that a site has value before I risk handing over my details.

As the files are 'quirky', I can't imagine anyone breaking even, with the prices as they are.

Wow, 25 credits not to give attribution - how rich we could be if all agencies required that!

Contributers get free credits for uploading and can use them to "buy" images. So if even if you "sell" something you dont necessarily get any compensation for it...

This is correct and can be annoying. However, even if I count in these $0-downloads I get an RPD twice as high than on SS. So that's OK with me.

A bigger problem is decline of downloads/sales in general. 5 years ago my meager 25 (or so) images were doing much better than >300 images now. I find it hard to stay motivated enough to deal with their idiosyncratic submission process although it is only required for (the few) accepted images.

The rejection rate is so high that it becomes a waste of time when I could be doing more profitable things with other sites.  I guess Stocksy might of taken a lot of business from them?

Too strange for me. People vote on your images, and most of mine were voted out. Never got passed that. I have a few images there, on sale last time I looked, but I have not even logged on in months. I could never figure out what they wanted.

I'm OK with Photocase, I have regular sales, but to got the regular sales are needed at least a couple of hundred images online.

How about selling images at Creativa Market?
