ASMP just released it's photographer's guide to copyright. I haven't had a chance to read it yet but if you're interested you can get a free copy here:

Under Image Sleuth because it was legal data. Doesn't hurt in case people missed it the first time around.

I didn't see that. I just got it in the ASMP monthly newsletter yesterday.

They are discussing membership requirements and levels. It's the usual like every society and club. Some people want it exclusive, some want it open.

My viewpoint, since it's a business... not some exclusive elitist club, make it open to anyone who wants to pay dues. More members, more marketplace presence, more bargaining power for the entire membership, and more benefits for everyone.
