Hello every body.

I have some lab glassware shots, I use a UK brand glassware.
They have a print which determines the accuracy of the glass.
Do you think this hits a copyright issue ?
Most of the glasses I use from Glass_co have the accuracy print circle...

One of my images containing this print has already a few sales.
Any thing to do ?
Better to delete or re-submit an image without those prints?
Is it possible having a property release from the company makes those glasses ?
I have attached the print I'm talking about...

Thanks
Eklogite

I would delete something like that. Even if you managed to get a property release, it doesn't really add to the image unless it is something every buyer of that sort of an image would need to see.

Other than the property release issue, which I can't comment on, and may be very pertinent (submit as editorial?), why would you delete them if some buyers want the marks, as evidenced by the existing sales?

Unless it is an image of the particular glass item that a scientific buyer would want (and would probably need a property release) I was assuming this was more a picture of the glass in a lab environment and this was a blow up of part of it. In a general lab environment, why would you go to the trouble of getting a property release for the glass?

That's all I'm thinking, although I'm no expert on the needs of a scientific buyer. You are right - you could submit as editorial, which could be the main use of this sort of image?

Sorry, I misinterpreted you as meaning you'd delete the file from your port, when you meant you'd delete the marks from the glass before uploading (as I would, assuming it were feasible).
