I have bad problems to upload at least at Istock and Stockxpert since I installed Nikon capture NX and the other software who was whit it. When uploading I receive a "error code 2 (incorrect type of file)"

I discover that other IS contributors have also this problem on the forum

It seem that these software who comes whit the D300 have to do whit this problem. I was thinking that making a system restore was going to solve the problem but this x feature doesn't work correctly like it was not enough ::)

I installed Firefox like other said in the tread and I can upload whit it. Do there some genius who can tell what to do whitout reformatting my hard drive or continuing using another software to upload to IS and StockXpert?

I do my RAW editing with Capture, save as tiff for the PhotoShop work and then save as JPEG.  I've never had any problems.  They've fairly recently upgraded to v1.3, which fixed a LOT of problems - in case you don't have the most current upgrade.

Yap that's how I do it too. For some shots with HDR I sometimes do a second (and third) development of the raw > tiff with under- and over-exposure to recover blown-out highlights or detail some shadows. I then do some selective erase. Many people don't seem to know that a raw has more dynamic info than a tiff.

I use Capture NX too, Version 1.2, and I've never had a problem like that.

I basically use it for converting RAW to TIFF (on the assumption that a Nikon program will do this best for Nikon images), and sometimes do a little bit of processing in it. But i do most of my post-processing in Photoshop.

Didn't know there was a version 1.3 out. I'm off to download it now. Thanks for the info.
