Hello,
I just discover a new illegal website that contain around 34 000 images from microstock and available for free
So if you reconize your image or other, don't hesitate to send dmca

http://www.freestockhere.com/

Bizarre site - they have watermarked previews for download. Anyone can get those from the sites themselves...

http://www.freestockhere.com/downloads/summer-3d-dimensional-texts-standing-in-beach-sand-with-sky-and-sun-rays-background-with-flying-colorful-balloons-umbrella-starfish-sunglasses-and-beach-ball-illustration/

and if you click on dowload button on your right you get this image in high quality and without watermark

Got it. And I found one two of mine. I've notified Shutterstock support with details and asked them to try and get the site shut down. It'll take forever if we have to individually file DMCA notices one at a time. The image number FreeStock showed was the Shutterstock image number. I did see some other search results with DepositPhotos previews - so I assume those items were stolen from DP. Seems somewhat ironic given DP's origins.

In an incognito window I tried a download. They make money from selling ads (the "free" service) or selling you a "premium" to get faster ad-free downloads. After watching two ads I got a notice that I had to buy a premium as the "file's owner" had disabled free downloads. Total frauds.

Edited to ad that I just (Sept 30th, one week after contacting SS) received the standard "We take copyright infringement and theft very seriously...." reply from SS compliance. The images are still up at FreeStockShare.

Either there's such a huge flood of infringement and theft cases that they can't even get out the boilerplate reply quickly in spite of their large staff, or they have little to no concern with resolving these problems.

Seems to me they just tolerate a certain amount of "shrinkage" as part of doing business

My work's there too. But I lost faith in Shutterstock when I reported Freepik to them and all they did was ask them to take down my work -- but kept them as an affiliate. So all the affiliate money they make from stealing images and referring people to SS keeps rolling right in.

Does anyone have a link to a generic DMCA or info about writing one? On the first search I did I found one of my images ):

Thank you

Edit: Looks like mine came from Fotolia so I will probably email them first.

I would love to sue the crap out of the site owners. I have zero tolerance for these stealing crooks.

Like Jo Ann Snover said, you can't just download it 'for free', because you have to buy a premium Nitroflare account to download the images. I doubt many people will be doing that.

I made inquiries into this matter and i have some news:

I contacted Fotolia, and apparently they use their API system, so it's the reason why we see fotolia trademark on images
So they probably use Shutterstock, Depositfile ... api too

Use API is their trick to look legal but like Jo Ann Snover said : it's "Total frauds"
They use API for the look but not for the buying.
They use the file locker "Nitroflare" (file locker is an illegal file hosts, made by pirate) for making money on our stuff.
The people who have  premium account can download stuff for free and the other must be buying account for download
So all the money is directly inside their pocket

I hope that all concern microstocks will do something because it's a new step on the theft of our work
And for example here a quote of the api contract of fotolia (so they can do something) :

Quote
6. Indemnification

6.1 You will indemnify us and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising out of or related to your Works or other content that you provide to us, your use of the Services or Website, or your violation of these terms.

6.2 We have the right to control the defense of any claim, action or matter subject to indemnification by you with counsel of our own choosing. You will fully cooperate with us in the defense of any such claim, action or matter.

EDIT :

Here a new proove that illegal website was made by pirate

rather then DMCA the person who runs the site why not DMCA the actual host?
https://www.cloudflare.com/abuse/form

MAny host it seems if they get enough DMCA request for a specific person will then push the person off and make them find another host. You also might be a able to DMCA the registar as well though I'm not sure how that would work.

"I did see some other search results with DepositPhotos previews - so I assume those items were stolen from DP"

Definitely not.

I found one of mine right off the bat - my all time best seller and it is not in my DP port.

Will have to keep looking for more.

I searched with one keyword and found one of my best sellers.  It has their watermark but a SS image number.  Very annoying.  It's too hard to search by every keyword - those guys need to be shut down.

They have many of my best sellers too. I did a DMCA to see what happens.  I suspect this is much bigger than a simple DMCA, though.

I found the freestockhere.com address is registered in the Bahamas. The ISP is http://www.internetbs.net/ and they allow for reporting of abuse as well at [email protected].

I also recommand you to report freestockhere image urls to google dmca form here : https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/dmca-notice

For example if your image is here : http://www.freestockhere.com/downloads/gold-and-black-badge-on-white-background-shield-perfect-choice/

Report these two urls :
http://www.freestockhere.com/downloads/gold-and-black-badge-on-white-background-shield-perfect-choice/
http://www.freestockhere.com/wp-content/uploads/edd/gold-and-black-badge-on-white-background-shield-perfect-choice-ft-98787647.jpg

(to have the second link, click right on image and select "copy image adress")

The aim is to delete freestockhere link url from google
As i said in a previous post, when i entered a original name of a photo in google search, freestockhere is in the first page so it's very important to delete them from google.

Even a buyer with good attention, using google image or google search for buying an image may be fall on this crapy website instead of fotolia or shutterstock

So far, my DMCA notices have been disregarded. Am I being too impatient (sent 2 days ago)? Or are they just unimpressed by a DMCA?

Found some of my images too. These images were stolen two years ago on gfxtr... website, so I could think it's the source.
I sent a DMCA (to https://www.cloudflare.com/abuse/) few days ago, some URl are already disabled, others no...

To not be depressed I try to don't look at google to find hundred of my images stolen. But I did this morning and in 10mns :(

Same stolen images at :
http://var.ge

This website resell shutterstock images:
http://fotooboi.by

Strange website, looks like shutterstock but I saw almost all my stolen images no the others so I think it's no legit :
http://parsstock.ir

Shutterstock and others do almost nothing to stop that, they only want shares traded up.
Well, I will start to plant potatoes, this is motivating me more, and if I can't sell them I could at least eat them.
