Title: Bigstock--Image being Generated?

Are you uploading to Bigstock and your images are not being generated?  It worked for me before they so call made improvement changes.

After uploading a single photo file through Chrome or Firefox, it has disappeared totally and editing is impossible since Sunday, May 21st. I have reported it to Bigstockphoto via the website but have not received a reply yet .....

I've uploaded a couple of batches recently and there was no problem.

I received a reply from Bigstock. They wrote, among other things, 'Others had luck signing out, restarting, and signing back in. That seemed to correct the issue for some contributors. ' And that worked for me too. So the problem has been solved for me.

Signing out and in didn't work for me. Uploaded 7 pics (Safari because Chrome stopped working months ago with no fix), 3 appear on the edit and submit page but only as empty boxes which never generate the thumb. BS seems to be running on autopilot anyway as things don't get fixed and very low sales.

Yeah, it seems to take a while to generate thumbnails.

Would not work for me yesterday and still not working now. Tried ftp and uploading on site but no success.

It took a couple days, but my images did eventually generate.
