A couple month ago I tried ordering my first check from bigstockphoto.  when it came my name was spelled wrong.  it was annoying but it happens I guess.  so they made me tear up the check, photograph it and they would send me a new one.  probably about 3 weeks later I received the new check - once again my name was spelled wrong, same as before, only this time they spelled my last name wrong as well.  I wrote to them again, but after 5 days still have not heard back.  has this happened to anyone else?  it blows my mind that such a large company could be this unprofessional and incompetent.
