A couple month ago I tried ordering my first check from bigstockphoto. when it came my name was spelled wrong. it was annoying but it happens I guess. so they made me tear up the check, photograph it and they would send me a new one. probably about 3 weeks later I received the new check - once again my name was spelled wrong, same as before, only this time they spelled my last name wrong as well. I wrote to them again, but after 5 days still have not heard back. has this happened to anyone else? it blows my mind that such a large company could be this unprofessional and incompetent.

I went ahead and reached out to one of our Accounting team leads. That person already got back to me and said they're going to look into it in the AM. You should hear back soon.
