Bigstock uploading not working for me. I'm getting "Image will generate" and nothing happens. Anyone else having this problem? Thanks

Yes, had same issue but after sometime it worked fine.

Bigstock's uploading system has been broken for almost two years and the FTP uploader doesn't work either.
I wrote to them once and they just didn't seem to care. The site will die soon IMHO

What surprises be though is not long back shutterstock took on new staff and invested money to "develop" the Big Stock site...very odd.

Judging the standard of Shutterstock these days its a wonder the site hasn't just collapsed completely :D

What settings are you using? I use Filezilla withall the recommended settings from Bigstock and it never worked.

Considering the consequences of most "improvement" activities no doubt when they get started it will ;-).

The problem is if you get your picture wrongly uploaded you have to write them an email to delete those photos because there is no way to do it by yourself

They did? That's odd, because back when they took over, the party line was, everything is the same, reviews, standards, Etc. Maybe they are going to sell it? :D I never understood the whole bridge thing, then no bridge, then cut the commissions in half. Remember you could get a raise if you got 50,000 downloads a year. Wow there's an incentive, for a special small group.

I did "live chat" this morning and they could not help me or solve the problem. I asked them to contact (e-mail) support for me and they said NO!

Despite thumb not showing up ( blank) i've proceeded with uploading and submited them and were approved today. I uploaded them yesterday

I just uploaded some photos and... works!
