Hello,
I upload my vector illustrations to Bigstock, but when it comes to fill data before final upload for reviews, there is a problem. Exclamation mark on top of the menu won't go away, even if I fill all the data and categories. Even the name, description and keyword sections have a "check" mark near them, The exclamation mark won't go away, so I cannot send the image for review. I use google chrome and tried cleaning cookies and browsing data, did not work. I used internet explorer and firefox, not worked. I checked my Java version and tested, up-to-date and working properly. So frustrating. Did you ever experienced anything like that? What is the solution for this? thanks.
