I started to isolate some subject whit a black background instead of a white one. My first sales result are good at Shutterstock, and while I'm waiting for the endless Istock review time, I wonder if this is a good way to isolate at the designer point of view.

I think that both are useful, but white seems definitively to be better sellers than black isolations.
This seems logical as most of the time, the support background is white (paper, web page).
However, if the isolation is perfect and unless there are some transparencies in the subject, it may be easy to change the background color for the designer. Otherwise, it may be interesting to provide both versions.

Unless brides would start wearing black dresses at their weddings white is better. There is more life in white than in black.
