Greetings
Today I wanted to log in to skrill with my password (it's correct) and got message that for security purposes I can't log in so I need to reset my pass etc. I contacted them to see what's going on but no response.
Anyone had similar or same problem today with them?

I had the same experience a while back and I needed to change my password. No problem since. I think they want you to change your password from time to time and not use the same password for too long.

thanks for your answer.
It's probably true, because I didnt change it for a while, but when I want to change it in one step they need to send me verification number on my cellphone, but nothing. Waiting for it for almost 2 hourse

I had to reset my password too, but what you are saying can not be the reason, because I had changed my password recently and it was only a couple weeks old when I had this problem a few days back..
now I can't use that password again thanks to skrill screwing up something.. (they probably had a security issue..)

I had same problem few months ago. No reason to panic.
I contact them via website and upload scanned ID document (you have upload button to do that as one of the steps on contact page). Next day I got generic password in a email. Sorry for my English.

Yes, I've had the same happen to me twice over the past couple years. They told me they want us to change passwords periodically for security. But it is really big PITA the way they just randomly lock you out of your account and then make you jump thru hoops to get access back to your money. An email notice that it is about time to change your password would accomplish the same thing without the stress and difficulty.

There is no reason to panic but if i need MY money now (not their) i dont know how is it legal to hold someone else money and not giving access to it.
Will probably end with them after this
