Title: Can the model sign industry exclusive contract after shooting for microstocks?
Post by: Victor Tondee on February 28, 2017, 17:24
Can the model ever sign the industry exclusive contract (e.g. skincare) after selling images on microstocks?
This thought came on my mind just before shooting the professional model. My suggestion is that selling images on microstocks will restrict the model from signing the industry exclusive contract forever.

Isn't microstock the same to previous non-microstock shootings of this model in this case? It's unlikely the use of those old images (non-microstock) would be limited in time by party making the contract (obviously not model in many cases).
