Hello everyone. Canstock has not made my payment since last year. He promised to do it at the end of the year. But even though it was March, he did not make the payment. I'm wondering if anyone else is in this situation.

Did you request payment? I got my payment and I know from the thread that many others did too. But not everyone, but I think most of them did not request their payment in time.

That shouldn't mean Canstock should be allowed to keep the money.

Though I did receive my final payment without any problem, I have had trouble getting my earnings from them in the past. You need to keep bugging them about it, I told them I would file a complaint with the BBB and eventually I did get my money

I'm sorry for the late reply. I requested money 6 months before the site closed. But they said they would pay at the end of the year.
They never responded to emails 1 month before and after New Year's Eve.
Even if I never asked for money, that doesn't make them right. They have to send it themselves.
There are thousands of people. They did not pay us more than $200+. I don't know how to complain, but I'm investigating.

Reminds me of Revostock.com some years ago. Many stock video/photo agencies are small privately owned companies. It's safe to upload only to bigger agencies.

👍 GLstock did that too. I think we'll see more of this kind of problem as the trend and hot new business of Microstock is sorting out, and smaller agencies will be forced out.

Hi. By writing to the e-mail address on the canstock website, only one reply was given. He said our money would be paid before New Year. After that, they never responded to my messages. My wife and I have a total of more than $200.
I'm researching where to complain.

I contacted them through support while they were still up and running. They responded at the beginning then they ignored me but I still kept at it, threatening to file a complaint at the BBB.

Don't stop bugging them until you get your money. I think Duncan has an account here, you can try sending him a pm.

Someone could call Ducan to listen all complaints to this thread? As shown above in an image CanStock have some money that belong to me, it's not much money, however it's my money.

We should do a campaign here so that our money is paid, even so that people see how scammers certain companies are. Get us back the money that belongs to us!
