Title: Cattle ear tags - remove or not?

Hello, cant remember the answer to this, do I have to remove cattle ear tags?

Tags are showing bar code and number

Don't know if it's legally required, but leaving them in gives agencies just a reason to reject.

If you want to sell RF definitely remove them - you don't want a farmer suing you for selling images of their property, which they could identify absolutely with the bar code.

Any farmer that would make the effort to identify and prove the bar code is his property, would also be able to prove the cow was in fact his even if bar codes were deleted. He would show this simply by providing photo of the cow in court with the exact same skin patterns as in your photo.

I have had images rejected for readable ear tags so yeah, you have get rid of them.
