Title: clipartof.com - How is it?
Post by: click_click on May 12, 2009, 20:34
Stumbled over that site seeing some familiar names from the micros.

http://www.clipartof.com

Anyone there selling stuff?

Vectors seem to be prized quite generously.

50/50 cut.

I'd also be interested to know if anyone sells anything - I see some good illustrators are on there such as Leo Blanchette.

Shame they have to have Google adverts plastered everywhere - just looks really unprofessional. Anyone care to share whether it's worth the time and effort of uploading?

It's mid stock not micro.

I also am curious about sales. I see the same images there for $80 that are on some of the other sites for a tiny fraction of that price.

After looking further, I noticed that the pricing was far from consistent, and I found this:

This sounds like some of the "collective" discussion occurring in the other thread.
