Tons of stock images on the site. If you click on an image they have links so you can embed it in your website or blog.
And they claim what they are doing is fine because: https://www.clipartsgram.com/page/dmca (https://www.clipartsgram.com/page/dmca)
Very deceiving on the front page and most any other page.
They have ads on the pages with the individual images where you can download them...they are using the images for commercial purposes. How is that legal?

it looks like is more of an indexing site, but at a closer look it seems to let people download thumbnails from agencies...
Is not well programmed or intuitive...but if you click on an image You will get something like this:
