microsoft autocollage does a great job, with multiple images and control over placement, etc

the bigger hurdle is most agencies dont accept collages

pretty much you can go with PS or Gimp and open a big white picture, it will never lose detail but if it is too much space (MB) some agencies will say no and you need to downsize them, I wonder what medium format or D800 contributors do, having 40 MP or 36 MP is pretty amazing but it gives big files that some agencies don't support :o

max 30MB:
- FT, SCP

max 25MB:
- CanStockPhoto, BigStock, SF, Glstock

max 20MB:
- 123RF, VEER

I assume you know the diff between MP and MB but posting it like that might confuse others that dont.

MB is how much information your image contains.

MP is how many millions of pixels you camera is capable of resolving.
