Title: Contacting Pond5

Is there a way to have your problems solved with this website? I've been having some problems with my model releases for ages. Had no luck in asking on their forum and here. So I emailed both contact and the curator that accepted my files. Still no answer.

I've been selling on P5 for years and never had a problem with MR's.  If you'll describe your problem here, I might be able to help.

I uploaded my model releases and added them to each video with the "attach release" option. It shows up in the releases page that they were attached several times so I guess it was successful, but when I look at those videos it's still written "Model Released: No". Someone suggested that the website is slow but more than a month passed and it's still like this...

And lately yet another problem appeared. When I click on my username, my portfolio is empty! My files are still there when I look at the uploads page and I can find them in the search results as well, but nothing appears if I click on my name. It's frustrating because I'm thinking that if a buyer wants to see more of my videos, I'm going to lose some potential sales because of this...

I contacted Pond5 regarding both problems but no answer...
