Hello everyone,

I found a new person : Claus40 or Ilya Lucanskiy (same user) who published stolen images on differents microstocks.
He or she stole images from various artists and published it on microstocks.

I already contacted 123rf and alamy for their process to the delete of his/her portfolio
But i need your help for the microstock "creativemarket"
For me it's just insane but they don't want to remove portfolio until the original author make a complaint to them even i sent to them a lot of prooves.

So if you know some originals authors from this stolen portfolio: https://creativemarket.com/Claus40 can you contact them and tell them to making a complaint directly to [email protected]  for keep out this thief.

Here some proove (and we can do that with all his/her images)

Stolen by Claus40: https://creativemarket.com/Claus40/461817-vineyard.jpg

CM turns a blind eye to pretty much any infringement.  They like to pass the risk to the buyer and photographer.

as creativemarket do nothing, i decide to create an account on it for comment each images of Claus40
with this sentence : stolen image, original image by "...." (i put original name copyright) for alert buyer that they don't buy an original image but a stolen.

What is the reaction of creativemarket ? : They removed immediatly my comments and delete my account  ;D
Did they protect thief ? probably  :)

I report this thief  to alamy and 123rf too :
- Alamy delete his account so good news :)
-123rf have begin the process and collect some proove, so i think, his portfolio will be delete in few day :)

Just creative market have a really strange reaction about copyright infringment !!!!
Strange way to protect artists !!

I had to jump through hoops to get that image removed!
It took 5 emails, DMCA notice, links to all the agencies where I sell the image and originals images for them to take it down. I also sent them a link to here and said she had other stolen images in her port as well.

could you add "creativemarket" to the title of this thread? If they monitor here they might not spot this otherwise. Also could help with getting the word out about their attitude to copyright infringement.
