I sent Crestock this email about 2 weeks ago:
"
>> Hello. I wish stop selling and delete my images here, and delete my
>> account. Unfortunately, crisis has down my earnings below the
>> surveillance line and I must find another way to sell my designs.
>>
>> Thanks, ...
"
I sent too two more e-mails remembering the question, one with "read confirmation request", but I have no response.
In this site, contributor canīt delete his own images. Must request it to an help e-mail.
Crestock continues selling my images. The question is urgent to me, because I have "sell the rights" of one image in Dreamstime and I must stop selling this image in all microstock sites.
What can I do?
Postdata: Excuse me my bad english.

Im sure that Josh from Crestock will read this and give you an answer.
Also I would save all the emails you sent to Crestock to demonstrate that you tried to delete your images in other sites

yes, i understand you english, so it's not necessary to apologize.
and i do find the lack of a delete link or even a disable option in some sites rather disappointing. i am sorry i did not notice the importance of that
when i first started submitting my images.
that being said, cheers to site like Dreamstime which gives us the ability to disable our images and delete them after the said time limit.
when some of the sites say we retain the rights to our images,
they speak through both sides of the mouth when there is no way for us to delete or disable our images immediately.
having to keep emailing them in vain is not good communication and reflects poorly on any business 8)

I think that to sell images without the permission of the copyright owner is illegal.
-
It took several weeks for them to honor my request to cancel my account and remove the images but they did eventually do it.
-
They honored my request immediately.

Will I be the only one left with a portfolio at Crestock soon? I've earned a whopping $0.75 with them so far this month. I'm saving up for an ice-cream ;D
-
Well they seem to have a great formula for discouraging photographers - give stupid rejections, mock contributions through the horrible Judge Ross feature. They're obviously not attracting buyers either - presumably because the limited selection of this site isn't really what the market wants.
I've still got my 16 files online - I won't bother uploading any of the other 1500 photos in my portfolio because frankly its a waste of time.
-
I have 21 sales there so far this month but at $0.31 per sale, I can't be bothered uploading more until they raise subscription commissions.
They spend lots on advertising and I like the site but they need to do something to keep more of us motivated to upload. The top 6 sites all have a better balance between marketing and paying their suppliers. It doesn't seem too hard to see where crestock are going wrong and I hope they act fast to fix this problem.

Crestock has deleted my account this morning, and they write me an e-mail to confirm it. Thanks.
Sincerely, iīm sorry for to cancel my account (in this site and in others), but i think this is the best way for me.

I left Crestock few months ego. For me $0.25 per download time is over.
They deleted my images without problem. They olny asked for a confirmation email. Very easy and fast.

My apologies for only reading this topic now and not responding earlier. I've only recently returned from vacations. Any outstanding queries, please don't hesitate to contact me via PM, email or Crestock site mail.
