Hi, i discovered that agency 15th Jul 2019 and after uploading around 300 photos i earned 12 Euro till end of that month by selling 21 photos.

So of course i got exited and start to upload my portfolio. But as i uploaded more sales was going down not up..

July           12 euro   21 sales
August        4    with 6 sales
September 1.18 with 3 sales
October      1.18 with 3 sales
November 0
December 3.31 with only one last sale and no sales since with portfolio of 5000 photos...

Anyone have experience with that agency?
At this point i stopped uploading there but i did continue till march hoping something will change.

Thanks!

I had never heard of them before either.

I went to look for the contributor agreement as it typically says something about who the company is - i.e. who the contributor is making a contract with - and which state's laws (or country's) govern the agreement. It also typically says something about payout terms but that's just 50 euros minimum and that it's on request. Euros suggests this is a business in one of the 27 member states.

https://www.crushpixel.com/pages/contributor-agreement.html

This agreement is so shoddily written that I find it hard to take the web site seriously. There are also some unpleasant terms, such as

"You warrant Us the right to give some customers free downloads / licenses, for example for marketing purposes or as a refund. In this case You will not earn a commission for the download."

"You warrant Crushpixel.com the right to suspend or delete your account at any time without providing any further explanation." - and that says nothing about them being obligated to pay your outstanding balance when they do so (even if it has to be over 50 Euros).

There's a web designer in Leeds, UK, with a facebook page for her business, Crush Pixels, but I'm assuming that's unrelated

There's not much in their domain registration

I got payouts from them several times, but probably crushpixel is not worth the time and effort for majority of contributors.

Videos I definitely will not upload there, royalty is too low.

There are actually three options under every photo you can check if you want ( Adult, free and editotarial) So that part is covering option free, that i have no problem with. Someone could check that option and have problem with their photo being given away. So i think that part is quite normal.

"You warrant Crushpixel.com the right to suspend or delete your account at any time without providing any further explanation." - and that says nothing about them being obligated to pay your outstanding balance when they do so (even if it has to be over 50 Euros).

Their are based in EU so by law they have to pay your money when closing account like Zoonar. When i closed Zoonar account i was paid Euro 2.80.

And to be fair when i closed my account at Adobe they didnt pay my 30euro i had on the account, min payout was 50E back then. That for me was unbelievable that in canada they have a law that allow to steal from people and even worst company like Adobe taking advantage on it....

Can i ask if you sell anything right now? Because that is my problem now. First month showed me i will get paid at last every two months if i upload more... so from port of 300 getting 12euro i got to 0Euro with port of 5000... I got very confused... Now i just stopped uploading.

0 sales in the last 6 months.

But did you got any sales before that? Im 4th month now with 0 sales. Trying to figure out what happened, if they lost customers or just my photos not showing up high enough in customer search.

Sales have slow down considerably. I suppose rising number of contributors equals smaller slice of the cake for the individual...

Last sale was March 31st.

There is no "about" page - who is running this site and if company, the name of the company.
Not sure but, i can see only 11.000 images. The pictures are displayed repeatedly.

yes, had a sale just a few minutes ago.
When you started there were few images in their database. Now the database has grown, so the sales distribute between a larger number of contributors.

I got payouts from them several times, but probably crushpixel is not worth the time and effort for majority of contributors.
