Reason for this topic:
I often wonder how long its going to take for my files to be reviewed, so this would give me a good idea how long the wait currently is. This can be strategically helpful for Shutterstock. (Don't submit when files will be new on weekend)

Hey, berryspun, where ya been? Hopefully on an around the world cruise for several weeks. I was looking at an old post recently and realized I hadn't seen you here in a long time.

Thanks Pixart. Just being busy with other projects not connected to stock: family matters and genealogy details. Cruises don't tempt me, I prefer by far being home, although we definitely enjoyed a family gathering this Summer!

I see that stockxpert takes only 2 days.
Are they still rejecting like crazy or did they come to their senses?
I was accepted at StockXpert and I have ~300 to upload so I want them to be accepted:)

I had a batch of 30 , and almost all approved few days ago maybe one or two rejected , I'm ready to bet that most of them would be rejected 2-3 weeks ago , so I think maybe I should upload more , or make another test with a small batch and than start uploading more if that goes well.

Now Istock is at 7 days...

For me... the only lagger is LO... I'm at 11 days at the moment and counting... SS, I'm usually getting done in less than 24 hours... IS comes in two batches... first in a few days, the rest about 7 days, everyone else nothing unreasonable... however BigStock has been running really long lately too. 8)-tom

Hmm, I just had my last batch from SS reviewed in about 24 hours.

BigStock is taking 1 week for me. IS too. I don't know in LO, as I can't see the upload date, but it's taking a long time, possibly 1 week or more.

The whole review times are just upside down now - istockphoto(!) beats StockXpert, dreamstime beats shutterstock(!). Weird.

I had a bunch from Oct 31st reviewed today in BigStock - 5 days.
Still have two pending in CanStockPhoto since Oct 24th - 12 days in queue.

I have a batch from October 24 still pending on Stockxpert. Couple of images have been reviewed, the rest is just sitting there.... Another batch from October 27 is also pending. This is weird - they used to review images within few hours of submission. Is it just me? I see some of the people report that review times are still 1-2 days?
For the rest of the sites review times are very reasonable, business as usual.

It's not just you. They approved my photos from the 23rd, but everything else, before or after, since the 21st is pending.
