Title: DACS Director Job

It has been a few months now and the application date has passed so I guess it's okay to ask.

Did everyone that applied for payback get the invitation to apply to join DACS Board of Directors or was actually sent to people hand picked?

For various personal reasons I couldn't apply but I was wondering if everyone was asked or just a few.
