Title: Deposit Photos- Return Sales

Recently had 4 sales return thus I in the Red- do I mail a check or EFT to them to cover my margin call?

are you serious?? they will take it from your account, dont worry about anything else..

this is a first for me. Did the sale show up first? Are returns becoming the norm? Just glad each sales was only .30 Could you see getting a return on a $100 photo- that would hurt!

I have 26 returns from 760 sales

I've had one return and when I sent an e-mail inquiring about the reason I was told that they only issue a return if it was fraud (cc theft) when they get the complaint from the card owner.  They told me that they never issue returns on good quality images just because someone changed their mind or didn't need it.  They got back to me within 24 hours of my inquiry with a personal response too which was appreciated.  Not a canned response like some sites.
