https://designbundles.net/store-register?sref=NQFdTb (referral link) is offering 20 Cent upload bonus per item in October, also for photos!

It seems to be similar to Creative Market. I just have signed up myself, so have no experience. But according to their welcome email:
"on average each product uploaded to our marketplace was worth $16.46 in yearly revenue in 2019."

Might be worth a try?

Be sure to check their licenses, the basic one practically offers unlimited use. Otherwise they are developing well.

Thanks! Do you have experiences with them? Is the promised RPI real?

I imagine the promised RPI is true across the marketplace, which if they are like Envato also includes items such as complex website templates. These can bring in tens of thousands of dollars per year but take a team doing 24/7 support. So probably true but hugely misleading if you think it applies to photos.

No support included for items on Elements, just so you know.

Am I thinking of another marketplace or is ThemeForest a different thing tham Elements?

I am not really involved in that marketplace too much but I recall somewhere that involved template makers having to constantly update and offer customer support (like comments sections on items were like a constant feed of people asking for help). I could be thinking of somewhere else entirely, didn't mean to derail the thread.

Have you started uploading? How is the upload process? Is it possible to upload many photos in some kind of automated manner (FTP, mass upload via website)? Do they read IPTC?
If that somehow works, the upload bonus could generate some quick money...

Can you set your own prices?

Just so you know if you register through the OP link he is getting a 100$ for each referral :)
Nothing against it, just thought it was fair to mention.

As for the commissions they vary, you get less if someone has bought your item through affiliate link.

Yeah, you're right about support on Themeforest. Themeforest is the Envato marketplace for Wordpress themes and the like, with individual paid downloads... whereas Envato Elements is the unlimited download subscription side of things.

On Themeforest, you get any updates the author makes to the content for free, for 'life', and support is included free for 6 months. When the support runs out, you can subscribe for another six months for an additional fee. On Elements, you get access to the latest version of the item, but you need to be subscribed to download any newer versions that may be released, and there's no support included.

As for constantly updating and providing support on Themeforest... yes, but that (aside from some variance here and there) directly corresponds to the number of sales you get and how fool-proof you make your item and your included documentation. So you have the top sellers who can be making up to $250K a month who have to hire a team of support staff, or you can have authors who make 1% of that who might have to answer just a handful of emails a week. And in theory, the quality of your support, updates and documentation should correlate to how many sales you get.
