You can request payout and move your images to PhantherMedia. This is the original message but only in German:
Hallo xxx,
wir haben uns schweren Herzens entschlossen unsere Bildagentur nach nunmehr 10 Jahren nicht mehr weiterzuführen. Wir haben jedoch mit der Bildagentur PantherMedia einen Partner gefunden, der den Bildagentur Geschäftsbetrieb sowohl fortführen wird als auch Ihre Fotos gerne weiterhin anbietet, wenn Sie dies wünschen.
Ab sofort können keine Bilder mehr über digitalstock.de verkauft werden. Ihr aktuelles Guthaben werden wir auf ein von Ihnen genanntes Konto überweisen.
Und so funktioniert’s:
• Bitte loggen Sie sich als Fotograf auf der Website http://www.digitalstock.de (http://www.digitalstock.de) ein.
• Bitte klicken Sie auf „Account Infos -> Auszahlung ordern“.
• Wir überweisen Ihnen Ihr Guthaben jeweils am Monatsanfang.
• Sollten Sie noch kein PantherMedia Fotograf sein und Sie möchten Ihren Fotografen-Account mit allen Fotos automatisch und ohne Aufwand auf PantherMedia übertragen, klicken Sie bitte hier.
Ihr Account und Ihre Fotos werden in den Wochen nach dem Stichtag
31. August 2014 zu PantherMedia übertragen.
• Sollten Sie dies nicht wünschen, so müssen Sie nichts mehr weiter tun.
Der Vertrag mit der Digitalstock GmbH endet frühestens mit der Auszahlung des Guthabens oder im Falle einer Account-Übertragung mit der Aktivierung des Accounts auf PantherMedia, jedoch spätestens mit Ablauf des 31. Dezember 2014.
