Title: Do models need to be payed in order for model release to be valid?
Post by: MilanStojanovic on February 02, 2016, 12:16
Hi, I was reading standard model release form, where it says under Definitions:
Quote
"CONSIDERATION" means $1 or something else of value I have received in exchange for the rights granted by me in this release.

Currently I'm not playing model, and I was asking myself is model release valid when for example, model receives ('final' stock) photos I will be sending to agency, as "something else of value" if that is what we agreed on?

Lots of stock models work TFP.
