Hello MSG,
I have been searching online for photo affiliate sites for setting up a site to provide a multi-platform for users. I have an excellent domain name to start with. But I require assistance from all of your brilliant minded people.

From what I saw till now is :

Shutterstock has a wordpress plugin to search via its collection and provide results to the users. This can be implemented as a photo search engine.

But for other sites I dont see anything similar. Please help me out.

The domain will be ( newbielink:http://tinyurl.com/p872muq [nonactive] ). I added redirect to main domain.

So you have an idea but you want others to come up with the solution and probably do the work for you as well. All you have is a domain name registered 3 days ago. So you have absolutely nothing to offer. No client base, no marketing, no sales, no expertise, no SEO, no SE placement, no nothing. Plus you are too late for the cake as PicturEngine already has a completely developed solution going to launch any day now, according to the designer, but thats what we heard a year ago as well.

So what is it you have to offer, other then nothing?

@Ron: Areas I'm expert in are:

1. Internet Marketing: Adwords/Adcenter/Media Buying and Social Media Marketing.
2. SEO/SEM.
3. PHP Programming. Wordpress/Magento/phpbb/vb and custom scripting.

Talking about the domain. Yes its fairly new. But if you know the concept of SEO and marking EMDs are well known to rank faster if promoted and deep linked properly.

Well taking about competition. There are tons of similar sites popping up everyday. And I wont say what everyone will say .. "Unique sites survive" coz the fact is well marketing and maintained sites survive.

So I'm here to know to if shutterstock is the only one with a solution in wordpress or are other sites there will APIs or plugins/extensions/datafeeds/RSS feeds/Product Feeds or anything that's feasible for getting into a website.

I think there is a fotolia wordpress plug-in and depositphotos has a pretty extensive API if you are into coding.

I see Shutterstock plugin is latest. The last two are old and outdated. Still the code might working if APIs havnt changed for the supported site list.

If I can mix up the provided stuff. This can work well. Just need more time and effort.

Still open to suggestions.
