Title: Do you ever put signs (Danger! Keep Clear etc) on your stockphotos?

Do you ever put signs on your stockphotos? Like "Keep Clear" or Danger! etc ? (If people were perhaps looking for a trip hazard image)
If so, what programme works best for you to create them in?

Is it Canva, Adobe Express or Photoshop?

I'm thinking about trying a few of these but don't know where to start.
